Trail’s End Popcorn System Sales Manual

The popcorn sales system makes it easy for Unit Popcorn Kernels to manage your Trail’s End Popcorn Sale using a convenient, web-based platform. Using this platform, you can:

 – Order Popcorn from your Council to sell and earn needed funds for your unit
 – Add Popcorn System Users to help organize your information
 – Create and manage Scout lists and sales records
 – Track your Unit’s online sale, print packing slipss and invoices

Product Transfer Form

All transfers must be submitted to be reflected in the system correctly. The FROM Unit is responsible for submitting this form. Transfer Forms are due on October 23, 2018 by NOON. Each individual transaction needs a form. This form can be emailed (326popcorn@scouting.org) once the transaction had taken place. No late requests will be accepted. Download the 2018 Transfer Form

Ways to Sell Popcorn

There are three options to sell popcorn: Show-n-Sell, Online Orders, and Take Order Sales. All sales count towards prizes.

1. Show-n-Sell
Show-n-Sell is similar to take order sales, except Scouts have the popcorn in hand to sell to customers.

2. Online Sales
Online is the best way to sell to friends and family who live far away. Online sales run from August 1st to October 21, 2018.

3. Take Order Sales
Take Order sales are where Scouts go door-to-door with the take order form received from your leader at your unit kick-off.
